Our refund terms and conditions for roofing services

General Refund Policy

At Metal Roofing Specialties LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Service Cancellation

Before Work Begins

  • Full refund available with 24-hour notice before scheduled start date
  • Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may incur a $150 scheduling fee
  • Custom-ordered materials may be subject to restocking fees

After Work Has Started

  • Refunds calculated based on work completed and materials used
  • Labor costs for completed work are non-refundable
  • Unused materials may be refunded minus handling and restocking fees

Workmanship Issues

If you are not satisfied with our workmanship, we will first attempt to resolve the issue through repair or correction at no additional cost. If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Material Defects

Material defects are typically covered under manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in processing warranty claims with manufacturers. If manufacturer warranty does not apply, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Emergency Services

Emergency services are generally non-refundable due to the urgent nature and immediate response required. However, we will work with customers to address any concerns about emergency work performed.

Inspection Services

Roof inspection fees are non-refundable once the inspection has been completed and the report has been delivered. If we are unable to complete the inspection due to circumstances beyond your control, a full refund will be provided.

Weather-Related Delays

Weather-related delays do not constitute grounds for refund. We will reschedule work as soon as weather conditions permit. If extended delays cause significant inconvenience, we will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution.

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us in writing within 30 days of service completion
  2. Provide detailed explanation of the issue or reason for refund request
  3. Allow us opportunity to inspect work and attempt resolution
  4. Refund decisions will be communicated within 10 business days
  5. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed labor and installation work
  • Custom-cut or special-order materials
  • Permit fees and inspection costs
  • Emergency service calls and diagnostics
  • Disposal and cleanup fees
